Dr. Leah Grossman, M.D., M.S. brings a refined, relationship-centered approach to concierge primary care in Thousand Oaks, offering patients an elevated medical experience defined by access, continuity, and precision.

A Conjeo Valley native and Westlake High School alumna, Dr. Grossman earned her Chemistry degree from UC Berkeley and a Master's degree in Neuroscience from Tulane University, shaping a sophisiticated undestanding of both systemic health and cognitive wellness. She completed medical school in Miami and internal medicine residency training in Florida, developing expertise in managing complex adult conditions - expiernce further strenghtened during the COVID-19 pandemic.

After returning home, Dr. Grossman served as a hospitalist at St. John's Regional Medical Center, where she collaborated closely with leading specialists to care for high-acuity patients.

Her concierge practice is intentionally limited, allowing for same-day or next-day appointments, extended visits, proactive preventive care, and seamless coordination with top subspecialists.
